The Adams Branch of our family tree begins with the marriage of Martha Caroline Brinkley-Tyson and William Herbert Adams (1839-1922). Martha was born in Mobile, Alabama on 21 Sep 1845. She was the daughter of Noah Tyson (1808-1874) and Amanda Annie Brinkley (1820-1869).
Martha was my 2nd great aunt, sister of my great grandfather Robert Sambo Tyson. William Herbert was born on 09 Sep 1839 in Chappells, Newberry County, South Carolina.
Martha and her husband William H. were blessed with the following children:

Martha passed away on 11 Mar 1922 in Rodessa, Caddo Parish, Louisiana. Her husband William passed away on 15 Jan 1922 in Rodessa, Caddo Parish, Louisiana.
